ga444 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ga444 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ga444 gaming platform available at ga444.vip, including all services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ga444 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any additional policies or guidelines incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the ga444 platform and close any existing account.

These Terms apply to all users of ga444, including registered account holders and visitors who access the platform without registration. ga444 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Access to and use of the ga444 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. ga444 may request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time, including at the point of withdrawal.

To access the full functionality of the ga444 platform, including depositing funds and placing bets, you must create a registered account. Account registration is free of charge and requires you to provide a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number, a secure password, and confirmation that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. ga444 will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. You must notify ga444 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

ga444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladesh Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. Additional payment methods may be available at the time of use; refer to the payment section of your ga444 account for the current list.

The minimum deposit amount on ga444 is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, although ga444 may apply enhanced due diligence procedures for deposits above certain thresholds in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations. Deposits are generally credited to your ga444 account balance within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the availability of that method at the time of the withdrawal request. ga444 does not facilitate withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder. ga444 reserves the right to conduct identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

ga444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible account holders, including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to cricket seasons, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions in the Bangladesh calendar. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any specific terms published for individual promotions.

All bonuses awarded to your ga444 account are subject to wagering requirements before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated at the time the bonus is offered. Players are responsible for checking and understanding the applicable wagering requirement before accepting any bonus.

ga444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Bangladesh players. The platform provides a suite of self-management tools accessible from account settings, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively and to contact ga444 support if they feel that their gaming behaviour is becoming harmful.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ga444 platform. Any Player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held in the account may be forfeited, without prior notice or liability to ga444.

ga444 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable basis to believe that a Player has breached any provision of these Terms or has engaged in any conduct that ga444 determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform, to other Players, or to ga444 as a business.

A Player may close their own ga444 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Bonus fund balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

All content on the ga444 platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and the overall design and arrangement of the platform, is the property of ga444 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No portion of the ga444 platform may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of ga444.

The ga444 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of ga444. Unauthorised use of the ga444 brand, including in domain names, social media handles, or any other public-facing medium, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ga444, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ga444 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other commercial or financial loss, even if ga444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ga444 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or that access to it will be uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond ga444's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. ga444 will endeavour to minimise such disruptions and to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

ga444 collects, processes, and stores personal data about Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering a ga444 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ga444 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect Player data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include SSL encryption of all data in transit, secure storage of account credentials using one-way hashing algorithms, and access controls limiting employee access to Player data on a need-to-know basis.

ga444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, ga444 will endeavour to provide at least seven days' advance notice by posting a notice on the ga444 platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to registered account holders via their registered mobile number or registered email address. The updated Terms will state the date on which they take effect.

Your continued use of the ga444 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support at [email protected].

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ga444's operating jurisdiction. ga444 does not make any representation as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. It is each Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of ga444 complies with all laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

Any dispute between a Player and ga444 should in the first instance be raised with ga444 customer support at [email protected]. ga444 will endeavour to resolve disputes informally within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may seek resolution through appropriate legal channels in the applicable jurisdiction.
